Rinse the papaya. Peel it and remove the seeds.

Smash the papaya.

In a bowl, wisk together almond flour, coconut flour, powdered sugar and the egg. Then add the mashed papaya and mix.

Make small balls with the dough. Place them into a cooking sheet.

Press the balls with a glass.

Bake the cookies at 180°C during 18 minutes or until they look brown. Let cool.
