Rinse the papaya. Peel it and remove the seeds.
Chop the papaya. Add it to a pan.
Add sugar and cinnamon. Cook until it boils, then cook at slow heat.
Stir and cook until it thickens.
Now, turn off the heat and add the lime juice. Pour the jam into a cristal recipient.
Let cool and keep it in the fridge.
