Rinse the papaya. Peel it and remove the seeds.

Using a blender, mix the papaya cut into pieces, condensed milk, coconut cream and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Pour the batter into a plastic recipient and take it to the fridge for about 4 hours, or until freeze.
